Great quality leggins, I love the shine finish. I can feel the support, especially on tummy and pelvic area which is great when suffering pelvic girdle pain. I did measure to a small, however had to size up as really tight on tummy and also my calves. Medium is good, however still find the lower leg section slightly too firm and hard to get on. But overall great tights!

Not a mum, but a woman with SIJ dysfunction due to hypermobility. These pants were suggested by my physio as an alternative to back braces which can be stiff and uncomfortable. They work great! The really helped to reduce pain and increase my function and mobility. And I really put them to the test recently as I moved house. There's a bit of excess fabric round the tummy for me but it's manageable and the extra room makes for some very comfortable pants. They'd be even better if they came in slightly more breathable fabrics and smaller branding/logo - otherwise they're perfect!

Love these tights. They are so supportive and really comfortable especially around the belly. I have been getting a lot of pelvic pressure through this pregnancy and these tights have helped a lot in easing that pressure. Particularly when I'm walking or exercising. I went with the size Medium which is my usual size. I thought at first they were too tight but the compression is actually really comfortable so I'd say stick with your normal size. I am really happy with them!
