As a physiotherapist, I have used booty bands for years to help with pelvic and core stability, and pregnancy + postpartum is a key time for maintaining and improving these areas, to stave of back, pelvic, and postural related pain. Our light resistance equates closer to a medium resistance level, and medium is akin to a heavier resistance – I recommend starting with medium wherever you are on your journey 🙂
