Navigating through this new (or new-ish for some) chapter of life is can be like flying blind through a thick and foggy barrage of clouds. Finding your new direction and sense of self can be hard – you can often put yourself at the bottom of the priority list. There’s a reason they say to “fit your own oxygen mask first”. When we are nourished, our ability to help others is maximised.

As a physiotherapist and a mum to 4, it’s my mission to help mothers, mothers-to-be and all women, to be equipped with the right information and support whilst navigating this transformative period. We also strive to create a safe space where mothers help each other through the highs and lows of #MumLife and to be able to rediscover yourselves in motherhood.
